🔵 Fat loss doesn’t just stop out of the blue. Your body may downregulate a bit from being in a caloric deficit, but not likely as much as you or others may have you think. Of course, how long you’ve been dieting along with how drastic your restriction will play a part in this.

📉 The simple fact is that fat loss comes off pretty linearly with a calorie deficit, the way it manifests on the scale is another story. This is often due to water retention masking it, and we end up with “stalls” and whooshes. We can do nothing about this but be patient and wait.
